In his Peace Message, Rev. Moon said, "The United States and Russia can become as one. The European Union, China, India, Japan, Brazil and all nations, and also the world’s religions, can combine their energies to make this project succeed (International Peace Highway). The success of this project will be decisive in establishing the kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world, where people will no longer make war on each other."

As Mothers spoke in, "Dreaming of a Nation without Borders and a World without Conflict"; we are "Heading Toward the Completion of the Ideal True Family Based on the Pure Love of Couples." Thus it's not our nationality but our morality that qualifies us as the citizens of the Unified World - CIG.

“The barriers between nations, religions, races and cultures are all man-made.. There can be no national boundaries in the world originally planned and created by God.” Sun Myung Moon

Rev. Moon clearly stressed that national borders must first be eliminated before world peace can be realized. In his words, "Religion is the only thing that is able to overcome national borders.” Thus, he invested all his efforts in bringing unification among religions. Rev. Moon also proposed the construction of an International Peace Highway that also reflects his sentiment and wish for “a world without borders.”

The International Peace Highway

The International Peace Highway is a project that aims to connect Japan and Korea through a tunnel beneath the ocean floor, as well as Russia and the North American continent through a bridge or tunnel across the Bering Strait. The project’s goal is to connect the world as one global village.

The International Peace Highway is to connect Japan and Korea through a tunnel running along the ocean floor, as well as North America and Russia, through a tunnel or bridge across the Bering Strait. When this highway is completed, it will be possible to drive by car from the Cape of Good Hope in Africa to Santiago, Chile, or from London to New York. The entire world will be connected without any obstacles, as veins are when running through a healthy body.

The UN Must Live Up to its Name as a Peacemaker 

Rev. Moon talked about how the world can be changed in just a day—how anyone would be able to cross national borders and get along with other nations like neighbors—how peace could come naturally in this way. He felt that this phenomenon would break down the walls between religions and promote communication between races, thereby completing a united cultural revolution.

Rev. Moon was optimistic even about the tremendous financial resources needed to complete the two projects. He said that the amount of money that America invested in the Iraq War would be more than enough to complete the tunnel projects. He emphasized that the money would not be wasted as it was on war and that guns and knives could be melted down to make plowshares and ploughs. He also argued that in order to bring about harmony between the countries involved, the UN’s role as a world government needed to change. The UN should not seek to serve the needs of one country, but rather the needs of the whole world.

This is a very brief report on the providential development in the East, centered on our True Parents (Rev. and Mrs. Moon), to create the model for the Ideal Peaceful World. The new world is coming now with great power. We really live in the Age of CIG (The Cosmic Nation of Peace and Unity).

This is really Great, very hopeful and inspiring report. The magic happens in so many nations; Some Buddhist, some are Hindu or other religion... yet Tribal Blessings and the spread of the Culture of Heart is happening very fast. .

With the current temps of education... the estimates are 10 million new Blessed Families educated until 2020. But there are many additional effects... Already a Christian Leader, after going through 40 day WS, is teaching DP in his church. He alone has 7 mill followers. They started using DP, Family Pledge and TP's picture.

That's amazing. In Korea many things are happening. They already have incredible brake through working with other religions and denominations. I remember 10 yrs ago when they just started trying, copping the success from US. Now even 2 Buddhist denominations accepted True Parents ideal. Sounds fantastic! Churches that don't know us, accept DP as their main teaching.

At the moment there are around 50 chosen nations. 13 of them are selected as special - since the education of their citizens is going with great speed. In those nations rural areas are already with 80 to 100 % Blessed families. It spreads like fire. 

It started from Korea 10 yrs ago, expanded in the Asian countries and now (the last 3 yrs) overtakes with full power the African continent. There is no stopping now - THE CULTURE OF PEACE is spreading fast. The West will decline if not taking the same direction as fast as possible.

Close to 400 families already fulfilled the Tribal Messiah mission to Bless and Educate 430 couples. Social leaders, Chiefs and Governors are being blessed first. They recognize the need for moral education, they recognize how important is to rise this family culture. 

Thousands of high official and VIP underwent 3 day and 7 day workshops on DP (Divine Principle). 700 world leaders have come to Korea for the World Summit Conference on Peace. The list of worldwide activities for Peace of UPF has no end and surpasses any effort of UN or any government. 

Nations, like Nepal already have DP education on TV (7 mill. viewers). They even hold Sunday Family Services on TV, to reach the growing number of Blessed families in the villages across the country. The World Summit was reported in media, TV and newspapers.

All religions inspired and working together

No joke; This is the real Revolution of Conscience, beyond religion and denomination. We see predominantly Buddhist countries accept these Ideals, we see predominantly Hindu countries inspired, we see Muslim countries get overwhelmed.

The Advent of the Global Era of Women

This is the Era of establishing the Culture of Heart. Our hearts produce 5000 times stronger electromagnetic field, then our brain. This field caries the template of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and believes. To come out of the age of male struggles, now Heaven works centered on women. Women have motherly heart. Our Heart is the essence and the center of our Spirit Mind, where God dwells.

“God is at the center of your heart… God is the root of love.. we cannot feel Him.. because He and we are one. He is one with love.. to manifest God, you have to spread your love in all four directions.”  CSG Book 1. God p.28

All the feelings we create in our hearts are patterns that extend over a mile around our bodies. The most interesting part is, that the quantum stuff, that universe is made of, crystallizes around this blueprint (template) to become the relationships, the carеer, the success or the failure, joy or suffering in our lives. We need this template of love, care, compassion, harmony and cooperation. That is why Father proclaimed in his last public speech:

"In the twenty-first century, women should play a major role.. pulling forward the construction of a peaceful world. Going beyond a century of power and technology, women will be the central axis in building.. loving, peaceful culture.

(Men) struck a brick wall.. unable to move beyond.. various interests of individual nations.. Up to now, we have depended on government organizations centered on men.. Now, however, to surmount the limitations they have demonstrated, I believe that a women's peace movement.. is absolutely necessary." (Father July16 2012)

As you see, last before his passing, Father does not mention anything of the sons being the solution or the center to follow, but proclaims the eternal victory of the True Parents, specifically Mother's victory and position. And we should be clear, the raise of this new ate is possible because of the unity of our True Parents.

"The woman is like the flesh, and the man is like the bone. The flesh and bone make one body. If they are two, they will be separate entities. To achieve something with love as the center, both are needed. No matter how many Adams there are, without an Eve it cannot work. In the same way, these two should cooperate as a global couple and bear the fruit of cosmic love." Father - CSG

FATHER'S LAST REQUEST

Interesting, how we see the unity of True Mother and the 2 wives of children in the Sp.W. I was surprised when I found that Father predicted that. "The men failed twice, so the women must do it from now on." Father, CSG

Just few weeks before his passing, Rev. Moon proclaimed that Men were "unable to bring peace.. stuck in personal interest" and power struggles, so now providence on Earth centers on women to bring peace (TM & daughters); centered on husbands in the spirit world (TF & husbands).

In terms of the Cosmic providence; Father in Heaven (S) & Mother on Earth (O) = Heavenly Parents (The whole Cosmos centered on God, for the first time). Just as Rev. Moon predicted:

"The women must take charge of the devils of this earth. In that way, the men can defeat the devils in spirit world." CSG

That's why before his passing, Father asked us to center on Mother:

"I sincerely ask you to choose True Mother's path; the path of a true wife, of a true daughter and of a true woman leader who will build a unified world where freedom, peace and happiness overflow in its truest form." Father - July 16, 2012

"Women should play a major role", Father said, "women will be the central axis in building.. loving, peaceful culture" and remind us of "the declaration of the advent of the global era of women":

"I declared the arrival of the era of women. I made this declaration because the time was ripe to do so. Wait and see if the age of women comes now or not." CSG

The Model of a True Mother and True Wife

Yes, if we read Father's last public speech, just before his passing, we can understand Father's unity with Mother; proclaiming that they are the victorious True Parents; and Mother is "the victorious representative of the world’s women," "the model of a true mother and true wife."

“Under True Mother as the victorious representative of the world’s women, women can establish now the model of a true mother and true wife and form ideal families through a true love movement." (Father July16 2012)

If you study Father's course you'll find out that Mother is born sinless based on Father's successful indemnity and that of the churches prepared to accept him. Add the conditions made by the Han tribe and that she is born in 3 generations prepared daughters. Read, How was Mother born without Original Sin. You can clearly see that there are cosmic, national, tribal, family and personal conditions guarantying that Satan will have no foundation to invade her. Mother's victory was not once ceremony, one prayer (as SC see it); it was a lifetime of unwavering obedience.

Father said they lived united "throughout their lives," "based on true love.. learned from Heaven" and his last order was to "devote ourselves completely... under the guidance of True Parents, who are carrying out the providence on earth as the substantial selves of God, the King of peace.”

Our Heart is the essence and the center of our Spirit Mind, where God dwells.

Our hearts tune to different resonance, in the same way a radio tunes into the various stations. Tuning our heart frequency to lower (selfish) or higher (unselfish) resonance will change our spiritual and physical state and health. As Rev. Moon says:

"Make yourself a tuning fork, resonating with and vibrating along God’s frequency. Resonate with God’s unselfishness." - Father On Spiritual Help

Father said, this is "the global era of women" (solving issues with love) vr. Man (solving problems with fight), which is evident in this conflict. Father clearly explained that man  are "unable to bring peace", "stuck in personal interest" and power struggles, so now providence will center on women to bring peace (TM & daughters).

The way it works, the more coherent we get in our hearts, the more it influences social coherence. If society gets more coherent as a whole, it impacts global coherence. And the cycle repeats; the more global coherence there is, it is easier for people to resonate with that. They make changes in themselves. And it cycles all the time. All the good things we do; prayers, service... it helps to create a heart-based world. It's all about the other, not about us. But the change inside ourselves is the biggest service we can do.

Problems that most people see, yet think they can't be solved. We go looking for them. Each life is precious. To live better, we must Work United and create a Culture of Heart, by mobilizing the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good.

UPF is an NGO in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic  and Social Council (ECOSOC).

UPF Youth: Knife and Gun Crime

Policemen sharing:  The gun crime was reduced in UK thanks to the cameras  introduced after 2006. That's why the numbers show how this type of crime went  down in the following years. So now we mostly talk of knife crime.

Police tried to influence the gungs by providing support if they cooperate, but use  suppressing measures if they don't. But it didn't work, because they didn't trust  the police.

In addition, if the problems were regarded as racial, made it also difficult to bring  resolution.  Yet, having a policemen in each school, where kids could see him as a  human being and talk to, proved very helpful.

Young people are tempted to go in gangs because of financial incentives. We try  to help them, so they don't need to go into that temptation.

Comment: If social structure is top-down, all the money for solution go to the top  level. But the most important is the moral education when kids are young. If they  learn to live in the vicious circle where they deal with each other in a bad manner,  the violence increases. But if they learn to live doing good for each other, that  increases others doing good for them. So which of this two circles they want to  live in? 

Action:

Approaching 10 thousand signatures on our petition on Knife and gun crime.   Once we reach it, the government will have to react.

More funding for youth services, rather than empower control.

Barriers:

Brocken families, poverty, lack of environment of trust, love and support, pushing   them to find false self esteem in gungs. The moral grounds of family, education  and religion are lost. Poverty brings parents to have 2 jobs. Children left with  wrong influence, spending too much time playing violent games, while having less  meaningful social relationships.

Lack of education. Lack of purpose. Poverty - search of fast money, that jobs do  not provide.

Women presenter 2: She put knife crime as a disease, where symptoms were present before the problem to occurred. They were visible in the family, the community and the economic structure.

The areas of high and low knife crime show the factors forming this problem. Love and belonging… "We cannot self actualize".

End the Perverse Cycle of War

"War is the most primitive and destructive means of resolving conflict, and will never lead to lasting peace" Sun Myung Moon

A video appeared in Facebook saying, "A civilization that spends more money on war than on education and peace is anything but civilized." 

Thinking of the hundreds of billions spent on war I could immediately picture the enormous potential of using these finances for peaceful purposes; education of heart and conscience, global projects for peace, green off-grid water and energy for the suffering regions and so on, and so on.

Just imagine if the world leaders grow up to that maturity and realization, how fast the world will be transformed into the desired ideal of God's Kingdom.

"When you actively create goodness, the good environment will absorb the evil environment.. No matter the environment that comes next, no matter the waves that rage, if there are enough people whose faith prevails.." Sun Myung Moon, CBG

This means that we have to project goodness if we want to change the environment towards good. But it's so easy to loose faith that that's gonna work. Yet, arming and threatening others with power is not the alternative. Investing in arming ourselves, we create environment for the need of war, the need of enemy. It becomes industry that needs customers. It creates the conditions to invite evil, not unity and peace.

The age of resolving conflicts through war is finished

This is why Rev. Sun Myung Moon proclaimed in his Peace Message, that the age of resolving conflicts through war is finished and "Humankind should end the perverse cycle of war," and start using these "enormous sums of money" for building "the kingdom of the peaceful world," otherwise we are "traveling down a dead-end street": 

"Think of how much money the world is wasting on war. Humanity needs to realize that we are committing fearful sins in the presence of history and our descendants."

"In this age, war is the most primitive and destructive means of resolving conflict, and will never lead to lasting peace. Now is the time.. to beat our swords into ploughshares and spears into pruning hooks. Humankind should end the perverse cycle of war, which only sacrifices the lives of our children and squanders enormous sums of money. The time has come for the countries of the world to pool their resources and advance toward the kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world desired by God, the Master of this great universe."

Giving love and living for the sake of others is the best defense. Once you are in God's love you don't need to worry, Bible says. Those who are afraid and self protecting are those whose conscience tells them that they still have walls in their hearts.

Establishing True Families, True Society and a Peaceful World

As Rev. Moon said, God eagerly looks to find such a person who can "take on this responsibility... wholeheartedly, exploding with love over the capital city of Satan," because "Love transcends all national borders, for God’s love knows no boundaries." Sun Myung Moon, CSG p.323

True society and nations cannot appear without true families. Family is the 'School of Love' and the 'cornerstone' of the ideal society. The only way to end crime, corruption and immorality is not through external force, but through expanding the culture of true families.

"I will take the lead in establishing true families, true societies, true nations and the true kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world. Will you join me as I rise and gain strength in accordance with heavenly fortune? Or will you remain captive behind the same old walls, all of them Satan’s handiwork—the wall of your religion, the wall of your culture, the wall of your nationality and the wall of your race—and spend the remainder of your time on earth in agony and regret?" Sun Myung Moon, Peace Message I

Revolutionary Project for Peace

The divisions of our world were wrought by Satan. God is warning us that He will no longer tolerate separation and division. 

Rev. Moon initiated the project of building an International Peace Hhighway to connect the world as a single community; tear down the man-made walls of race, culture, religion and country, and bind the world together as one village:

"This project is for the sake of the establishment of the kingdom of peace.. God’s homeland and original hometown. From the historical point of view, the divisions of our world into East and West, North and South were wrought by Satan. 

I am proposing that we build a passage for transit across the Bering Strait that separates the North American and Russian land-masses. This passage, which I call the “World Peace King Bridge-Tunnel,” will link an international highway system that will allow people to travel on land from Africa’s Cape of Good Hope to Santiago, Chile, and from London to New York, across the Bering Strait, connecting the world as a single community. 

God is warning us that He will no longer tolerate separation and division. Carrying out this project will bind the world together as one village. It will tear down the man-made walls of race, culture, religion and country, and establish the kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world that has been God’s cherished desire. 

The United States and Russia can become as one. The European Union, China, India, Japan, Brazil and all nations, and also the world’s religions, can combine their energies to make this project succeed. The success of this project will be decisive in establishing the kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world, where people will no longer make war on each other. 

Some may doubt that such a project can be completed. But where there is a will, there is always a way—especially if it is the will of God. The science and technology of the twenty-first century render it possible to construct a tunnel under the Bering Strait. The construction costs are also not a problem. Think of how much money the world is wasting on war.. Let us take one example. How much money has the United States spent on the war in Iraq during the past three years? Following his vision and ideal of peace, Rev. Moon established the Il Hwa Professional Soccer Team in Sung Nam promoting World Peace through the football (soccer). Additionally, he established the Sorocabe Soccer Team and the Cene Soccer Team managing all with success.

Its celebrations are held in university football stadiums and are centered on a mach which takes on a character of compromise and commitment for the cause of world Peace . In his native land of Korea, he won the support and trust of some government officials than understand his vision and philosophy of peace.

Through the guidance of Rev. Moon, the team trains football players in a big sports center. He has change the status of an ordinary game. It conveys similar messages as a successful football team: applying individual efforts toward a greater goal, respect to the opponents and the game, sacrifice, good ethic and moral standard, plus the ideal of promoting peace inside and abroad.

Peace Cup: The first three competitions were held in South Korea, and the 2009 Peace Cup Andalucia was held in Madrid and Andalusia, Spain. Previous winners are PSV, Tottenham Hotspur, Lyon, and Aston Villa, who are current champions, having won the most recent final in Seville against Juventus on 2 August 2009. A corresponding event for women's teams began in 2006 with the name "Peace Queen Cup", featuring eight women's national teams from five continents.

Play Soccer, Make Peace

Founded in 2004 as a special project of the World Association for Non-Governmental Organizations (WANGO), Play Soccer, Make Peace promotes peace by organizing soccer tournaments in conflict-prone regions working with local sports associations. Thus far, Soccer for Peace tournaments have taken place in 35 countries including India, Israel, Gaza, Nepal, the Philippines, Angola, Cambodia and the Congo. In the interest of promoting soccer as the only truly international sport with the power to unify the world, Reverend Moon founded professional soccer teams in both Korea and Brazil: the prominent Il Hwa Soccer Team in Seong Nam, Korea, and the Sorocaba Soccer Team in Brazil.

In 2005, in recognition of Reverend Moon's support for soccer in Korea, his top advisor, Rev. Chung Hwan Kwak, was elected president of Korea’s top soccer league, the Korea Professional Soccer League.

Founded in 2002, the Sun Moon Peace Cup is an international soccer tournament held annually in Korea with a Men's Peace Cup and a Women's Peace Queen Cup tournaments. Interreligious Peace Sports Festival (IPSF)

This is a global interfaith and intercultural athletic event held every other year. Young sportsmen and sportswomen from around the world attend IPSF in the spirit of cooperation and compete as representatives of their religion, culture and nation. During the Festival athletes have opportunities to take part in cultural programs, educational workshops and service projects. These activities contribute to the spirit of friendship and cooperation.

The Peace Cup is an invitational pre-season friendly football tournament for club teams which was held every two years by the Sunmoon Peace Football Foundation.[1] It was usually contested by eight clubs from several continents, though 12 teams participated in 2009. The first three competitions were held in South Korea, and the 2009 Peace Cup was held in Madrid and Andalusia, Spain.[2][3] Previous winners are PSV, Tottenham Hotspur, Lyon, Aston Villa, and Hamburger SV, who were the final champions.

The tournament was originally organised and held in South Korea and contested in 2003, 2005, and 2007 between eight clubs from various countries, including the Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma, which is owned by the organizing company.

A corresponding event featuring women's national teams, the Peace Queen Cup, began in 2006.[4]
