The Power of Belief
Now in the age of CIG we see a revolution in the study of the Physical Mind, which shows how it can imprison or facilitate our incredible spiritual potential. This is a clear sign that we live the age of CIG were everything is possible and the barriers of the past will be finally removed.
Human brain is a network of about 100 billion neurons. Different experiences create different neural connections, which bring about different emotions. Depending on which neurons get stimulated, certain connections become stronger and more efficient while others may become weaker.
Virtually any sort of talent or skill can be created through training. Rationality and emotional resilience are neural connections that can be strengthened. Whatever you are doing at any time is physically modifying your brain to become better at it.

NOTE: Quantum Energy is the energy under the level of particles. Thus Quantum Energy is closer to the spiritual world, but is still physical. Quantum Energy is the energy of your thoughts and feelings. On physical (particle) level everything is fixed as physical reality, but on quantum level everything is just vibrations with different resonance. They get fixed as reality in accordance with the observer's expectations.

Defensive state: Narrow-mindedness and Trapped Emotions
Specific neurons trigger a defensive state when feel confronted. For example when confronted with differences of opinion, the same chemicals are released in the brain that try to ensure our survival in dangerous situations.
In this defensive state the more primitive part of the brain interferes with rational thinking. This system can knock out most of our working memory - physically we call this state, "Narrow-mindedness". No matter how wonderful the idea and it's logic (Truth), the brain has total disability of processing it, when it is in such a state. On a neural level it reacts as if it has been threatened.
Seen from the view point of Heart Resonance, we see that people in resonance under 200 are dominated by their physical mind (animal mind). But here the fears, became powerful blocks dominating the mind, thus the spirit mind of the person is being suppressed.
The Power of our Believes
Our believes have profound impact on our body chemistry. Luck of believe leads to extremely lower levels of serotonin. When the lack of it takes on severe proportions it often leads to depression, self-destructive behavior and even suicide. More and more studies show how vast the power of positive believes can be. But believes are connected to our spiritual level of growth. A person on the level of consciousnesses under 200 will experience something and say, "Oh, how awful." Because with this low Resonance of Heart he views it negatively. But a person on the level above 200, will experience the same and say, "oh, that was nice experience." In FR you have days up and days down, when you feel that difference. It's all because of your resonance in that day. Reality and what happens to you automatically changes according to your vibrations.
The Power of our Hearts
Quantum Mechanics has discovered that atoms and sub-atoms are in fact composed of packets of energy. Now, leading research on human consciousness is showing that this energy vibrates on a Scale and each human emotion has a vibration in the exact same way that matter does. Read Resonance of Heart
Heavy emotions like Fear, Anger or Shame vibrate at low frequencies. But feelings like Love, Joy and Peace vibrate at high, uplifting frequencies.
One of the most interesting things discovered about energy is that your energetic frequency can affect the energetic frequencies of those around you. Meaning, your level of heart affects the reality around you. For example, one person operating at a level of 500, which is Love, can lift 750,000 other people to the level above 200.

That's very interesting and valuable. Too bad though that you only site the example of fund raising. For me, that was a formation stage I needed to go through many years ago, upon which I now stand. The education here is very much needed on all levels, in all life situations.
