Even Al Qaeda knows the pen is more powerful than the bullet. If people would read the Qur'an, we'd have less problem. Unfortunately, illiteracy is a problem in the Middle East so terrorist recruits have never read the real Qur'an. We've been lied to long enough that most people are too stupid to try reading it themselves.
I'm not Muslim, but I've read the Qur'an and I know this to be true.

Wow, it takes a lot of work to create peace in the Middle East. It's a lot easier and faster if a nice Palestinian boy could just hook up with a beautiful Israeli girl.
